Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping -- Most orders over $250 CAD or under 5lbs and shipped within Canada are eligible for free shipping. Some exclusions apply.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Returns and Cancellations

No product may be returned for repair, replacement or refund without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, phone or fax Race Energy/Analytic Systems with the model and serial number of the item to be repaired or returned. Please also include a detailed description of the nature/symptoms of the problem.

If a product is being returned from outside of Canada, the package must be clearly marked with "Canadian Made Goods Being Returned" value = $10.00

Orders can be cancelled by email or by phone. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on any cancelled order. Restocking applies to basic standard products only.
